Student Internship Program 2026

We’re thrilled to offer up to two undergraduate nutritionists the chance to undertake a student internship with Zest Food and Feeding. As an intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience in an online private practice and receive personalised mentoring from Chelsea Green, a paediatric nutritionist and feeding specialist.

We tailor the internship activities to match your interests and skills, which may include:

  • Developing new or revising existing courses, presentations, eBooks, and other materials
  • Organising and delivering presentations
  • Creating content for our social media platforms
  • Writing website blogs and email newsletters

Eligibility

To apply for our student internship, you need to

  • Be enrolled in a bachelor’s degree in nutrition or dietetics at an Australian university
  • Be able to complete 150 hours of voluntary work between 1st March 2026 and 31st October 2026 (approximately 5 hours per week)
  • Have access to a personal computer, a smartphone, a stable internet connection, and be familiar with online tools like Zoom and Dropbox
